Kari is the Rural Grants Manager for the Nevada Commission on Tourism and has oversight responsibility for all aspects of the Marketing Grant Program including online program design and development, grant guideline methods and procedures, technical assistance and account management.

Prior to joining NCOT, Kari was the CEO for the Pahrump Valley Chamber of Commerce. In that capacity she served on the Tourism Advisory Board for the Town of Pahrump, served as Chair for Pioneer Territory and chaired the Budget Committee for the Southern Nevada Workforce Investment Board. Kari spent 30+ years at AT&T in various positions including several assignments in the International Business Services Division - Asia/Pacific Region.
