Brian Cruse
As one of the key executives on R&R Partner's multi-million dollar
Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) account, Brian can
quote you a spreadsheet of data on the many areas he manages. From
LVCVA's outlying areas, including Laughlin, Mesquite, Boulder City and
Primm, to overseeing all digital content and Las Vegas media
integrations, he develops and maintains strong partnerships with key
influencers among these important audiences. He has also handled other
LVCVA business initiatives including diversity outreach, international
efforts in Canada, Mexico, the UK and co-op programs within secondary
international markets.
Previously, he served as account
executive for Las Vegas-based Virgen Advertising, where he developed
client briefings, conference reports and creative briefs and managed
project timing and budgets for such entertainment and retail clients as
Wayne Brady, STOMP Out Loud, Phantom Las Vegas, and Miracle Mile Shops
Las Vegas.
Brian started his career in retail at such
prestigious brands as Ted Baker-London, where he handled merchandising
and sales; and Abercrombie and Fitch, where he was quickly promoted to
new store team leader, executing mammoth store openings for 15+
locations nationally. He trained over 700 staff members including
managers -- conducting seminars on presentation, visuals, customer
service and brand experience.
Brian earned his Bachelor of
Science degree in marketing at Arizona State University, where he
conducted a market research study for The Tempe Town Tourist Bureau in
association with HMI Marketing Group to assess a strategic tourism
campaign.
