The Aquarius Casino Resort is the Rural Roundup Host Hotel and site of all sessions, Thursday evening reception and dinner, and the Friday breakfast.

The resort has two 18-floor towers with 1,907 rooms and suites that overlook the Colorado River. The casino, with an area of 57,070 square feet, has more than 1,200 slot machines and over 30 table games, as well as a race and sports book. The property includes a business center, fitness center, pool, and tennis courts. They have a full array of bars and restaurants to wet your whistle and satisfy any appetite.

McCarran International Airport to Laughlin

Mills Tours will offer Rural Roundup attendees a 30% discount (which comes to $70 round trip). Travelers should plan on two hours for the trip. Advanced reservations are required. Just mention “Rural Roundup” when making the reservation. The website is http://www.millstours.net and the toll-free phone number to make a reservation is 877-454-3734. Airport to Laughlin
8:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm

Laughlin to Airport
5:00 am, 6:00 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm

1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on permitted. Additional luggage $5 per bag and must advise at time of reservation to ensure space.

Carson City to Laughlin Motor Coach FAM

This year there will be transportation to Rural Roundup from Carson City to Laughlin via motor coach. The cost will be $100.00* per person which includes round trip transportation, lodging-dinner-breakfast in Beatty and boxed lunches both ways. Click on this link for a Bus Registration form.

*Riders may board in Beatty on Wednesday, April 13 for $25 per person which will include round trip transportation to Laughlin and a boxed lunch on the return trip.

Tuesday,
April 12
  • 11am, Carson City: Departure. Board the Amador Stage Lines motor coach at the TravelNevada headquarters building located at 401 N. Carson Street. Overnight parking available in lot directly behind the building.
  • 2pm, Hawthorne: Pick-up. 1942 USO Bldg, A.K.A. Hawthorne Convention Center (Pick up location)
  • 3:45pm, Tonopah: Pick-up. Mizpah Hotel in rear parking area (Pick up location)
  • 5pm, Beatty: Arrival. Guests will check into hotels.
  • 6pm, Beatty: Dinner at KC's. A special Beatty Cowboy's appearance will take place.
Wednesday,
April 13
  • 8am, Beatty: Breakfast then depart for Laughlin, estimated arrival time 1:00 pm.

Laughlin - Carson City

Friday,
April 15
  • 10am, Laughlin: Departure. Board motor coach at 9:45am, to transport back to Carson City. Boxed lunch will be provided while boarding the bus. Estimated arrival time to Carson City 7:00pm. Motor Coach will stop in Beatty, Tonopah and Hawthorne to drop off passengers and pit stop.
